Business Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Monday - Friday
Location: Hays, Kansas

In the first 3 months introductory/training period, $13 per hour.

After 3 month introductory/training period, $14 per hour.

Position Summary

Cloud Storage Corporation, a reseller of server components and computer hardware, is in need of a Merchandise Receiving Specialist. If you are highly motivated, love technology and eager to learn, we look forward to hearing from you!

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for the receipt, verification, inspection, recording, and storage of the IT hardware and equipment that are delivered to the company warehouse. Responsibilities related to quality control and inventory accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities

●     Receive and scan of incoming IT equipment.

●     Inspect IT equipment following company procedures and quality control procedures.

●     Inspect products for damages or defects.

●     Record and update the receipt of equipment in company inventory systems.

●     Perform inventory audits, adjustments, and reports.

●     Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment and inventory.

●     Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

●     High School Diploma, Bachelor degree prefered.

●     Passion for IT equipment. 

●     Time management skills and dependability.

●     High attention to details, quick learner, efficient worker.

●     Proficiency with Windows Operating System, Word, Excel, and data entry

●     Able to follow company policies and procedures

●     Open to cultural diversity and international business environment 

●     Be able to lift 30 pounds or greater. Be able to recognize different colors of product label. Be able to see tiny components on the electronic motherboard.
