We are looking for someone to take over our lease! We live in a two bedroom house! There is a basement that is rented out separately that is occupied by different tenets! You would hardly ever see them! The house comes with a fridge, washer/dryer and stove! The city bill (water, trash and sewer) is paid for by the owner! You pay Midwest Energy, WiFi and cable if you choose to get those! No pets allowed
