Family-owned, diversified agricultural company near Long Island, KS is seeking a Human Resources/Accounts Manager to join our team. Are you motivated, excited about a challenge and looking for an opportunity with ample career and financial growth? Our team may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

·         manage recruitment and selection process of new team members

·         conduct employee orientation

·         administer compensation and benefits

·         conduct employee reviews, development plans and disciplinary process

·         attend safety meetings and coordinate employee safety and training procedures

·         process bi-weekly payroll

·         maintain monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting and payments

·         process accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing,

·         work closely with the CFO on month-end close process

·         report to CEO and shareholders on a weekly basis

Candidate must have minimum two years’ experience with payroll and accounting, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to meet important deadlines. Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
