The Dynamite Dash is a 5k or 2 mile fun run/walk with several obstacles throughout the race.  There will be mud and mayhem so wear clothes you won’t mind throwing away when you are done running.  Lace your shoes tight; you just might lose them!

The dash is at Lasada, 3721 183rd Street, Russell, KS and will be run in waves starting at 8:00am on June 20, 2015.  50 runners will be released every 20 minutes.  *******Early Bird Registration is $20 until May 16, 2015 *******

The registration fee is $25  until June 6h, 2015, $30 until June 19th and $35 to day of the race

$5 from each entry will go to the Russell High School Track Team.  The team is going to donate half of the proceeds to Children’s Mercy in Kansas City

Waivers must be signed the morning of the Dash.  You must be 10 years of age to participate. Parents will need to sign the waiver for anyone under the age of 18.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group.
