SAVE SAVE SAVE!!!  I have a barely used MTX Sub for a 2001 - 2006 super duty crew cab with a rear bench seat.  This will fit in other trucks as long as the seat is the flip forward type with storage space behind it. New price is 699.99 from Cruchfield. Was in the truck about 3 month then I sold the truck keeping the stereo.   It has a 200 watt amp and sounded very good. It made the system!
