Allen Bradley, Power Flex 400.  rated for a 200 HP 3 phase motor.  would not work on my application so i returned it to Allen Bradley, they did a complete check and remanufacture and giving it a 2 year warrenty. still in box so probably out of warrenty after this year..  it is still new in box, as of date warrenty is probably 1+ yrs leaft.  This drive allows you to do alot.  You can slow down or speed up your electric motor like you would a combustion engine. you can set timers, parameters of when to come on and how fast to go and when to shut off..just some of many applications
