When you are selling your house you need to show more than just pictures. For example, pictures do not show location. A picture of your bedroom does not show where it's located inside of the house. The bedroom could be located in the front of the house, the back, in the basement or even in a shed in the back yard.
    Add a floor plan so your potential buyer can see it all. The cost of my floor plan is small compared to the cost of selling a house. For just a one time fee of $15.00 you get a simple floor plan of your house like the one above. 

    To get started I will need a picture of the front of the house and the street address. Please note that we can either use email or regular mail to communicate these images. Also you might take a picture of your sketch and email it to me. Call me if you have any questions.
