          Nursing Now, LLC is a nursing consulting service that can provide your facility with individualized acute and long-term care consulting, as well as medical-related legal issues.  We can help navigate State and Federal regulations specific to rural healthcare, as well as assist with healthcare engagement networking.  Need an interim Chief Nursing Officer?  Nursing Now can fill this temporary role while helping with the recruitment and selection process, as well as assist the new CNO in establishing leadership skills and assist with developing policy and procedures.

          My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University, and I am a Registered Nurse. In 2009, I earned certification as a legal consultant in order to better recognize medical-related legal issues.  I have over 25 years of nursing management experience in a rural healthcare delivery system.  I understand the unique obstacles that can occur in a rural healthcare facility.  

As a resident of Western Kansas, I have seen firsthand how beneficial a nursing consultant can be to a rural healthcare facility where access to more in-depth nursing experience is limited.  That’s why Nursing Now was created. 

          As a Nursing Consultant, I have established a close, professional relationship with a variety of medical personnel and facilities that will help produce prompt and encouraging outcomes for doctors and patients.  My goal is to provide you with a courteous, expedient, professional service of the highest caliber.
