1. Pre-deliver, inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment
2. Order parts and prepare repair estimates
3. Prepare accurate inspection and service reports and maintain other records as required.
4. Keep work areas clean and orderly
5. Work in a safe manner
6. Comply with company policies and government regulations

Physical Requirements:

1. Capable of lifting and carrying object weighing up to 60 pounds.
2. Able to crawl and climb on/under agricultural and heavy equipment
3. Walk over agricultural/excavation sites (irregular terrain)
4. Stoop, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
5. Able to operate a motor vehicle day and night.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Vocation or technical degree and/or equivalent work experience or training preferred
3. Strong communication skills
4. Basic math skills
5. Self-motivated
