This position will establish KPIs and measure/report against service requirements and baselines, identify issues affecting trends and investigate through resolution.  Monitor network utilization to support future growth requirements and capacities; create, track and monitor reports, statistics and data to plan for network and device growth.  Collect, analyze and report results of potential issues and trends for resolution, perform audits, obtain drive test data using Real-time System Analysis Tools and other equipment.  You will also be responsible for improving hourly system performance and optimizing the voice and data network. 

Requirements: 

Associates Degree in Telecommunications or a related field

Three to five years of telecommunications experience in a CDMA/Lucent environment, or other equivalent wireless industry experience.
