Responsible for overall operation of assigned locations duties include: staffing and general quality management of services to persons with developmental disabilities. Requires good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to problem solve. Primary duty is to manage and supervise direct care staff. Hiring, firing and disciplinary recommendations are all a part of the job duties. This position requires you to fill in for direct care positions, performing direct care work during evenings, nights and weekends if no other coverage can be found. Care and compassion for individuals with developmental disabilities is a MUST.  EOE
