Hoover Max Extract Carpet Cleaner has been only used about 8 times in the past few years. Bought this at Sears. I haven't been able to really figure it out so I have just used my own liquid formula and had the machine sweep it up. It has a clean water bin, a detergent bin, and a dirty bin. It needs a little cleaning but otherwise worked well for me, but like I said, I did not use this machine to its full potential.
