This property has a 3 bedroom,1.5 bath mobile home with new kitchen floors and new rough flooring in the main bedroom,the third bedroom is brand new,added a year ago and insulated with 6 inch fiberglass insulation and new double pane easy access windows that tilt out for cleaning,and nice french doors leading to the back yard.Also a new good quality water heater was installed last year.

  aproximately 5 acres have been added making the total  @ around 6.5 acres with an old school  and a decent 2 car garage on the 5 acres

 For the right price we would leave most of the applainces and the many gates .The property needs some work and as spring approaches we will be doing a massive cleaning/grass-planting project.as well as some landscaping with brick and the addition of a circle drive,as these changes are made,of course,the asking price will be going up
