These folding bunk beds will be custom built for your needs. This set was built to put inside of an enclosed trailer so everything was pretty tight but it looks very nice when we got it mounted. There are many options to these this set is furnished with diamond plate on the bottom but we could also use any type of hard wood to dress it up for a house. I will build these upon request and I will require a deposit before I will build them this price does not include the mattresses they take about a week to build from start to finish. If you would like a folding single queen or king instead of two twin size beds that is a option as well. The measurements of this set is 75"x75.5" and 15" away from the wall they will anchor into the studs! Thanks for looking!!
