Job Summary: The CSR/Teller Supervisor position supervises all teller activities. The core responsibilities of the CSR/ Teller Supervisor is to lead the team to ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures, coaching and mentoring staff in building relationships. The CSR/Teller Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating financial activities of employees in their location. This position also requires the ability to oversee and guide the CSR/Tellers duties and other daily activities. Daily responsibilities may change and new projects and jobs may be assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure there is adequate staffing and performance expectations are being met.
Facilitate the onboarding of new employee within the department.
Handle daily employee issues.
Approve timecards, time off requests, perform employee’s performance appraisals.
