Brand new , in box, never used. Still in box from verizon.. bought. For my fiancee for 55.$ and was the wrong case. Well they. Tell you oh ya if it's. Not the right one just bring it back anytime. Never once did i hear them say oh well you only have fifteen days to do so or else we won't take the item back period
