My cat escaped my house on Saturday, March 10th in country side estates (1010 reservation rd) and I have not seen him since.  He is a house cat that probably won't do well outside.  He has no tail and is wearing a blue collar.  He is VERY skittish around strangers and probably won't come to you and if he does, may not be particularly friendly.  His name is Foster
