 Prospective students: must be 21 years of age or with in 6 months of taking the class. Each student must successfully pass the 8-hour Concealed Carry Handgun Class, a written exam, handgun qualification, and meet all other requirement set forth by the Kansas Attorney General before a “Certificate of Completion” is issued. Student should be familiar with the handgun they intend to qualify with and carry concealed. Each student will bring their own handgun and at least 50 rounds of factory loaded ammunition. Students need to bring their own eye and ear protection and should wear appropriate attire, approximately 1½ to 2 hours will be on an outdoor range, (No shorts,no  flip-flops, and long hair needs be pulled back). We will break for lunch on your own.

A Kansas Certified Concealed Carry Handgun Class is required before an individual can apply for a Kansas Concealed Carry Permit.

Upon “Successful Completion” of the class, receive a 5% discount voucher from Hays Gold & Silver or Doug's Gun Shop- Hays on any handgun. Voucher is only valid for 30 days after completion of class.
