Lyons Housing Authority, public housing, is accepting applications for 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments at Park Place Apartments and Kingswood Housing. We are located in Rice County, Kansas, 30 minutes from Great Bend, McPherson and Hutchinson, Kan. We offer rental assistance to those who qualify - income based-rent, flat rent maximum ($50 to $378 for 1-bedroom). We provide decent and safe housing, maintenance free, on-site laundry facility and postal boxes, smoke-free building, blocks from downtown and grocery store, plus no yard work. Apartment complex has facilities for Freindship Meals and Senior Center. One pet allowed per unit per pet policy.
