Lyons Housing Authority is a Public Housing facility, regulated through HUD, located in central Kansas, Rice County, which is 30 minutes from Great Bend, McPherson, Ellsworth and Hutchinson, Kan. We accept applications for 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.

Again, we are open to the public and we are not designated elderly/disabled only or assisted living. Rent is income based, 30% of gross income, with flat rent maximum of $374 (based on a 1-bedroom).

We provide affordable, decent and safe housing, FREE utilities at our Park Place Apartments, free maintenance, free WiFi in public area, on-site laundry facility and postal boxes, smoke-free buildings, blocks from downtown, no yard work. Kingswood Housing (duplexes) has laundry hook-ups, utility allowance and a playground for children. Also, free maintenance and yard work.

One pet allowed per unit per pet policy restrictions.
