Building was designed to set on a 2 foot Concrete Stem wall giving the building a 10’ sidewall height. Building has one Walk-in [36”] framed door, 2 Insulated Overhead doors, one 8’ x 12’ and one 8’ x 14’. There are Skylights, Sidewall Color is Sandstone, Roof color is Burnished Slate, Trim color is Brown. The Skylight material, Roof and Sidewall Metal have been stored Inside.  We have the Building Plans, Blue Prints and the Lumber List. Lumber is NOT included.  Paid over 17,000.00 for it!  The only Reason we are not building it is we live in Oakley and the neighbors stoped it from being built do to it being a METAL Frame!
