Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital is looking for a Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of the Human Resource function and provide overall strategic HR leadership to the organization. The candidate will oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, leadership development, regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures and employee events.
Responsibilities include:
* Fostering an organizational culture consistent with the vision, mission, and values of Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital.
* Serves as a consultant to hospital leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
* Responsible for integrating HR services into the organization’s overall plan for the delivery of care and services to our patients.
* Works to proactively identify opportunities for improvement in internal practices and processes, and implements tactics to improve and enhance operational performance including patient satisfaction.
* Effectively and efficiently manages the resources and finances of the HR Department.
* Works to advance hospital administration through leadership development.
* Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
