This basement house was gutted and completely remodeled in 2012 (new plumbing, new electric, new floors, new windows, replaced all plaster with drywall, new fixtures). It comes with a renter whose lease us up at the end of April and would like to renew. Includes 2 lots, and an oversize detached 2 car garage that is currently being rented out separately for storage. It has a large bathroom/laundry room with both gas and electric dryer hook-ups and heated floors. Also has all maple cabinets in the kitchen and extra closet storage added in the remodel. These pictures are old, but shows the whole property.  New landscaping was done last year with fescue grass.  We charge $600 a month for the house & $150 a month for the shed.
