Usable area is 48 foot wide by 69 foot long. Sliding door opening is 13 foot tall by 23 foot wide. Also have some outside storage if you needed it. Area is protected by security cameras and owner lives on site. I will use a part of the shed for my own personal use. My terms are 6 months lease for 1800 dollars. This is well below the going rate for this size storage with the security I can provide. Leaving your equipment outside for the winter will cost you more in wear and tear and if someone shoots out your window of your tractor cab, you will be paying way more to replace it than the cost of this lease.
