Description

2015 National Western Stock Stock, Denver CO Grand Champion PB/FB Braunvieh Bull.

PFRK Jakes Bruno B405 - This bull is SOLD.

DOB:  3/20/2014  BW:  83  CED:  8.8  205Day WW:  691

Sire: PFR Sire PFRC Jake Z205 PB79236.  This sire was a home raised bull calf out of an excellent maternal cow family.  Excellent production females with good milk and stayability in a herd.

Dam:  DRR Oksana T484 PB61835.  Black polled cow with a lot of rib and capacity.  She has been an excellent carcass quality producer for us as well as producer of quality females.

Our 2015 calf crop will be hitting the ground soon and we are very excited about the prospects for sale next fall as we continue to receive phone calls from ranchers looking for Braunvieh cattle.

Our herd is relatively small and what we have for sale in the fall goes quickly.  We have established relationships with other Braunvieh breeders as well.  So if we don’t have what you are looking for, we can help you find it.

Why Braunvieh?

Braunvieh’s ability to add muscle and marbling while holding the line on exterior fat boosts quality while keeping yield grade in check. English cow herds who use English bulls can improve their calf crop about one full yield grade while maintaining their quality grade by simply switching to Braunvieh bulls.
