YOUR TALENT REQUESTED: We are seeking contestants for the Community Variety Show and/or Miss Barbed Wire Pageant to be held May 2, 2014, 7:00pm at the La Crosse High School Auditorium. The Variety Show is OPEN TO EVERYONE and the winner will receive a monetary gift of Chamber Bucks good at ANY PARTICIPATING RUSH CO. Business. We will also be awarding a SCHOLARSHIP or MONETARY PRIZE, professional portrait sitting, flowers, tiara, and more for each age group in the Miss Barbed Wire Pageant (age16+), (age10-15), and multiple awards in the 9 and under for boys and girls. Entry forms are available at Post Rock Variety, The Rush County News, and online www.rushcounty.org/wireshow. Entry deadline extended until April 26, 2014!
