I have a 2004 f-150 fx4 with 153,xxx. It has no mechanical issues and runs fine. It has brand new tires and wheels. Wheels are ballistic off-road wheels and they are 17x9 with +12 offset. Tires are mastercraft courser mxt 33x12.50. Has dual flow master exhaust. Interior is black leather and has after market radio. Leather has no rips.
