Two rooms are available for rent in a 3 bedroom modular home. The home is in a nice, quiet area away campus. Students with a job are preffered but may consider others. Rent will be 300 plus a third of the bills which usually run around 150 so the total would be about 350 a month. The rooms will be available May 17th and the first month's rent as well as a $250 security deposit will be due when the lease is signed. The length of the lease will be for the summer with the opportunity to renew every school year.
