This chair is made by Special Tomato. It's made to hold up to a 150Lbs. and has a hand break. There is a foot break to lock the chair in place and a 5 point harness to hold your special needs kiddo in place. The sun shade has a see threw window. The all terrain wheels and shocks make it easy to push and comfortable over any surface. A wonderful friend of ours made a washable padded insert. We are a smoke free home.
