Wanting to Find Small Med House Dog

We are looking for a new family dog.  Prefer the dog to be nuetered or spayed and current on all shots and wormer.  No puppies.....like a 2 year old or so. Must get along with a cat and kids.  We have a large fenced in yard and like to take our dog for walks.
