This place is beautiful and we will miss it, it has a very nice homy feel to it. There is a stained glass window between the one bedroom and the "play room" that same bedroom also has the old decorated tin style ceiling. There is old authentic wood trim throughout the house. The house also has a Reverse Osmosis water system.  Very private, very quiet and quite nice.  The rent for us was $700 a month but we furnished our own fridge/stove/washer,dryer. ect.  Rent would most likely be a little higher if you do not have appliances. You will not find a house this nice, with this much room on a huge lot for anywhere near this price in Hays.  Pet Firendly!!!
