- Prefer current crop production experience
- Prefer good maintenance and general repair skills
- Dependable and hard working, team player
- Prefer experience with precision equipment or ability to pick up on it
- Experience in sprayer application, planting, combine
- Good maintenance skills are a plus
- Clean drivers license, with good experience operating tractor-trailer and they need 
to have CDL, or willing and able to get

We are searching for a good farm equipment operator for our progressive farm. Good opportunity for long term employee. Searching for candidate with a solid crop production background, someone capable of handling anything that comes up on the farm. Good mechanical skills, trucking, spraying, planting, cattle, etc. Needing a good equipment operator, really prefer experience with larger late-model equipment. Big plus if person knows precision farming: GPS, monitors, guidance systems, etc. Great location for spouse to find employment and excellent schools.
