Just speaking from my experience.
In the last 30 years or so, I have been on every diet that has come along. I can't even begin to count how many. All ending in failure. Typically Dietetics on Diets is a train wreck!!! When I had to start on Insulin, I slowly started to gain weight.
Not really realizing just how much I was gaining. I was at my heaviest weight ever. Depressed, my whole body was in pain, blood sugar out of control. I didn't even want to get out of bed. Amongst many other health issues due to my weight and diabetes. I went to my Diabetic Dr. and said, I can not do this any longer, can you put me on diet pills, I have to lose weight. He said "Absolutely Not", my first thought was fine then I'll find a doctor that will.
Then I cleared my thoughts and said
"ok then what now" he said well I'm gonna need to put you on a Insulin Pump.
"I said no" what else can I do. He said you can try Plexus and see how it goes.
I have several patient's on it and it works for them.(I didn't know what Plexus was)
I left there very depressed and thinking. I'm not doing a Insulin pump and that diet thing is just going to be another diet fad, that turns into another failure,
"not going there again" so I forgot it. Two or three months later I saw some post on Facebook. I thought hummm! "Plexus" that's what my doctor told me about, maybe I should give it a try. So I did! Fast Forward to today. Never ever have I done so well on anything. I am down to (1) shot of insulin a day from (5) a day, lost 25 Lbs and off some of my other meds.
I have drank Diet Coke for 33 years. I got up to 2 1/2 2 liters a day.
Today I am totally Diet Coke FREE!
All thanks to Plexus. Everyone is different, it's not what the scale says, it's how you Look and Feel. The longer i am on Plexus the better it gets. Just don't give up because it really works, trust me.
It has changed my life, I thank God and Plexus everyday. I love my Plexus life♡
Testimony update; August 18, 2014
Since my original testimony. I'm down 32 lbs and Feeling amazing. I have been back to my Endocrinologist (Diabetic Doctor) and had blood work done. My A1C has gone from a very high 14 to a normal range of 5.5
My Doctor told me if at all possible stay on Plexus! you are doing great. This is the first time in 23 years of being Diabetic that my A1C has been this low. He said if it continues to be in the normal range the next visit he would take me off insulin.
I can not express to you how wonderful that makes me feel! This is what Plexus has done for me. I continue to Thank God and Plexus everyday for "My Plexus Life ♡" If your Diabetic Please check into Plexus you will be so glad you did. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOSE..!!!
