1991 HiLo Classic 24 Foot Camper.  We have pulled it with an F-150 from Kansas to North Dakota to Texas and Colorado (3100 miles) with no problems pulls straight with little if any sway.   It has an electric jack in front and manual crank stabilizing jacks.   Weight distribution hitch with sway control (we didn’t use) are also included.  Actual Camper Box is 21 foot, with a Coleman Roof Air Conditioner, and has a 14 foot Carefree of Colorado Awning in good condition.  Has a rear corner bed and full bath in addition to a jack-knife couch up front.   It has a 4 burner stove top with oven,  a Double Sink, 110 Volt Dorm Refrigerator and Microwave, and a AM-FM Cassette Stereo, along with a  Furnace that we have not used, Water Heater that worked on the trips, fresh and grey and black water holding tanks.  I would say it sleeps 4, fairly comfortably, 2 on the bed in the back, and 2 on the sofa which folds out into a bed.
Tires are roughly 2 years old, with about 3100 miles on them.  Camper has been stored inside since we have owned it and I don’t know of any roof leaks (there are some hail dents on the roof, but no leaks I know of), it was winterized last fall, and not used this summer, which is why it is for sale.  $4,250.00 (coming back into season) or best reasonable offer.  Clear Title in hand.
