Between 38th and 39th.  It is a one story 4plex with great trees and landscaping and a porch area so you can sit outside. Comes with stove, refriderator, washer and dryer. Very clean and taken care of, landlord is easy to work with.  You will need to speak with her to rent, she will have you put one month rent for deposit but she let me pay that in payments.
