One bed in the loft, table folds into a bed and small couch folds into a small bed. Bathroom equipt with a sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen has nice sized refrigerator, stovetop and oven. Microwave fits easily in kitchen (microwave not included). Antenna on top helps for good radio and tv reception. Area built in for dvd player and tv (tv and dvd player not included). Previous owners built a deck on top for sports spectating. Also good for sunbathing and it helps protect the air conditioner and roof from hail and inclimate weather. However it could be removed with a little handy work. Original roll-out attached awning in excellent condition. We aslo have the 5th wheel hitch for the truck bed which we would sell for an extra $200.00
