I am a painter from Mankato looking for work.
Contrary to popular belief. You do not need to paint your entire house after it has been pressured washed by a trained pressure washing person such as myself. The pressure washer will take some really loose paint off but the paint that it takes off is loose and not effective on the house. Pressure washing can take off the dirt that is eating away at the paint and then the house can be spot checked for anything that needs to be taken care of to add more time in between painting an entire house.
I do the proper prep work for all jobs. I supply all painting supplies such as tape, putty, sand paper plastic, caulking etc for a normal job. The customer is responsible for the cost of paint, primer or stain.
I DO MY WORK BY THE JOB OR THE HOUR. I have 6 years of solid unique painting and staining experience I accept work from painting a door frame to doing an entire house. I have been on a lot of remodeling jobs and can do a variety of handyman work. I do a neat and clean job and I am very respectful of your property. I have photos and CD discs of my previous work if anyone is interested.
