Looking for Land to Trap in Hays Area

Hello! I am looking for some land to trap raccoons, bobcats, coyotes, etc. on this winter. I would prefer creeks or draws, but I am open to most types of habitat (not urban). I will probably not be able to start until a little after Thanksgiving.
I live in Hays, and the price for fur is not looking very positive, so as close to Hays as possible would be preferrable. I have trapped several years and will not disturb your land too much, litter, etc. I have dog-proof and Havahart traps if you are worried about farm dogs, cats, etc., and everything I do is as humane as possible.
