Wanting to rent pasture or stocks for 2014 and beyond locally near burr oak ks or guide rock ne. Willing to do a trail bases, or a 1-5 yr lease. Ideally looking for something life long term. Willing to pay 2015 pasture lease up front here in 2014 on contract. I raise reg. Black angus, reg. Longhorns, a few coris, and horses. I'm looking to rent any size of land. Your call on what kind if critter is allowed there, how many, and for how long. If it has fence and a water source that's a plus but not a must. But please no ponds for winter stocks. I use tanks in the winter, to keep my animals safe. Willing to pick up or repair fence, and thistle. May also be interested in renting any lots or area with feed bunks, must be able to lay out straw. I might add; all my animals are healthy and "clean". They have had their shots, wormer, bangs, etc. They ere home raised, bought virgins, or whole hobby rancher herds I bought from that persons home raised/virgin stock. They are handled weekly if not daily, so my herd is well cared for and quite and calm to handle. Most come from show stock so they have a calmer mind about them for that reason as well. My horns are handled daily and are vet worked just the same as my angus.
