2015 Agricultural Leases up for bid at Wilson Lake, KS:

*Lease Unit Admin – 5 year grazing lease consisting of 133.5 acres.  Stocking rate for lease will be 1.0 animal unit per 11 acres which comes to a total of 12 animal units.  Grazing season will commence 1 May through 30 September each calendar year.  A new solar well and tank were installed in 2014.

*Lease Unit North Otoe – 5 year hay lease located near Otoe State Park.  Hay lease consists of 71 acres of mixed grass (approximation of harvestable hay).  Cutting allowed between 1 July and 31 July.

Rent is utilized to directly fund natural resource improvements and projects at Wilson Lake through the rental offset and rental abatement programs.  Complete bid packets can be found online at:
