This is a Hodgeman brand Xl dog vest. Great hunting /float vest for large dogs. It's sized to fit large labs or Chesapeake size dog. Neoprene with reinforced chest and small float on back.it is zipper and Velcro closure on back. It was only on my dog twice and I no longer have a dog.could also work as a bruch buster vest for cold weather upland hunting
