Nex-Tech Help Desk has a Business Concierge position open for someone who’s friendly, efficient, detail orientated and enjoys a customer-focused environment.  This part-time position is at our 12th street office in Hays’ historic Chestnut Street District.

Duties include answering incoming business customer calls and emails, assuring all questions and issues are addressed. The concierge will also assist with customer sales and contracts. This position assures all issues are resolved in a timely manner.  We are seeking a detail oriented applicant that will ensure all interactions are documented thoroughly and verify that all issues are resolved correctly.  Applicant must be capable of researching complex issues and be diligent at following up on issues and questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 
High school diploma, or the equivalent.
One year of administrative, customer service, retail sales, or equivalent work experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial.
