For sale is a 1998 commercial Otis Elevator, new ones the same size cost over $75,000. This is a hole-less non-telescoping single stage hydraulic elevator. This particular unit has a 2100# capacity cab (which meets ADA requirements). This would require a small machine room adjacent to the shaft-way. This has a piston on either side of the 12 person capacity cab. The car is approximately 5’10” by 4’3” on the inside. This has automatic doors powered by a 15hp motor and the hydraulic pump is a 15hp fully submersed unit. Total travel distance is 14' 9". Included is all components removed from its original location.
