New lower price, was $40.00.  I belive it's for a 22" tire but thats not a big thing as it has a defect.  I picked it up with the idea of mounting  a Rock thrower on it for skeet shooting and have never gotten around to it.  Could be used to mount a grinder or vice on it maybe?  Has some weight to it but not as heavy as a steel wheel.  I don't care what you use it for but if you have been looking for one to use in some kind of project be it garage or craft, here it is.
