Barton Community College is seeking Adjunct Faculty members to provide part-time instruction at Kansas Department of Corrections facilities located in Larned and Ellsworth.  OSHA Trainers are needed to teach OSHA 10- courses for the Construction Industry and/or General Industry on an as-needed basis. Qualified candidates will possess five (5) years of safety experience in either industry.  A college degree in Occupational Safety and Health, CSP or CIH designation may be substituted for two years of experience.  Requirements for Construction include completion of OSHA #500 and #510 courses. Requirements for General Industry include completion of OSHA #501 and #511 courses.  Possession of an authorized outreach trainer card for either Construction or General Industry is required, training will be provided to qualified applicants.
