We as teachers and caregivers in early education should not just create a themed curriculum for children to consume. Instead we should learn alongside the children and create an environment that belongs to the children.

We are looking for individuals who have a natural affinity for working with children and see each child as unique, strong, and full of potential. Your role is to be loving and supportive while attuning to each child’s unique needs.
