This is a fairly large home elliptical trainer. At 175 pounds, it is pretty heavy. It comes with wheels located at the front of the wheel base, this way you can easily move from room to room. Comes with adjustable peddles that can be set at 5 positions. There are 10 different resistance levels to choose from. Simply touch the resistance button and you automatically adjust the resistance without interrupting your workout. Elliptical stride is 16".

The Nordic Track CXT 910 comes with grip pulse sensors. Simply grab the handle bars and you get your pulse. The grip pulse sensor reads the heartbeat detected from the thumb pulse and feeds the data back via the console. The great thing about hand grip pulse sensors is that you get your heart rate feedback immediately. This way you can always exercise at your target heart rate.
