Description

Have you thought about putting an accent wall in your house? Maybe a wall in your main room or just behind the bar in your man cave? I can help.

I have recently built an accent wall in my workshop out of pallet boards. The boards are cut to width so they are unifom on the wall and of two different widths to give variation. The board you get from Home Depot are all the same width.

If you want raw boards already removed from pallets they are $2.75 sq/ft (will have some boards that may not be usable on the wall)

For boards that have been cut to uniform width of 4 3/4 inches and 2 3/4 inches they are $3.25 sq/ft (ends of some boards may be split and need cut square)

For a fully installed wall  (includes trimming out any edges and finishing the wall in its entirety) $4.75 sq/ft     I do not do any plumbing or electrical work or any work altering loadbearing walls, doorways, or windows. You will have to get a contractor, electritian, or plumber to take care of that.

Just buying the boards from Home Depot will cost $3.50 sq/ft plus screws or nails used to attach the boards plus tax.

To see the wall I have built in person you can give Garreth a call at 785-259-3860 after 5:00 pm during the week or anytime on the weekends.
