Koehn Farms Inc. has an open position for farm help in the Montezuma, Kansas area. This is a full-time position which may include a combination of duties: spray rig operation, irrigation sprinkler maintenance and repair, tractor and implement work such as tilling and fertilizing, grain cart/combine operation, truck driving, and general farm duties. The ideal candidate will have farming or agriculture experience. We are a family-run but growing operation looking for motivated individuals to join us.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of farming experience and have knowledge of farm equipment and machinery. We are not looking for temporary or part-time help at this time.

All positions include a pickup and fuel for use on the job, and may include other benefits such as health insurance, a side of beef or pig, and/or housing assistance. Salary and specific benefits packages are based on experience and qualifications.
