Purpose:

The Equipment Cleanup Specialist achieves assigned goals for work output, efficiency, quality, and safety for the equipment cleaning processes.

Job Responsibilities (ranked in significance):

  • Company Values:  Ensures all company values are adhered to and promoted.  This would include leading by example and participation in employee recognition programs.
  • Facility Standards:  Successfully completes wash bay tasks as assigned by supervisor in a timely manner.  Through practice, continues to improve productivity and quality of work.  Contributes to the professional appearance of the dealership by performing quality work;  ensure complete satisfaction of supervisor, and other stakeholders such as customers, salespeople, and technicians.
  • Other Duties as Assigned:  Assists other personnel as directed and needed.  If there is no equipment to be cleaned, or other activities assigned, let supervisor know of available time.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED preferred.
  • Experience driving large equipment such as agricultural / construction equipment highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Expertise with computer systems for data entry is preferred
  • Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate motor vehicle

Pay:

Hourly wage based on experinece
